Is there
a charge for quotes?
No, quotes are free. Please contact us to schedule
a quote with one of our hardscaping experts. We will
come to take a look at your proposed project, discuss
your ideas, take measurements, and send you an estimate
in the mail or via e-mail within 1-2 weeks.

Can I receive
multiple quotes?
Yes. We can give you different quotes for different
types of stone for your project (e.g. a paver patio
vs. a flagstone patio). We also can separate out the
estimated costs of different projects so that you
can pick and choose whether you want to do all of
your projects at once or only a few of them.

Do quotes accurately
reflect the final cost of the project?
Yes, within reason, assuming no changes to the scope
of the work and assuming we encounter no unforeseen
obstacles (e.g. a huge rock in the place where we
are to be installing a retaining wall). If an increase
in cost may occur, we will alert you to the change
and obtain your approval before continuing.

What
do you charge per square foot for patios and/or walls?
We do not have a square foot price for patios or walls
because each and every project is unique. Avariety
of factors go into the estimated cost for a project,
such as the amount of excavation, the grade of the
land, the type of block used, the shape and design
of the project, etc. Please call us for an estimate,
we will discuss your project with y ou, we will visit
your project site, and we will give you a personalized
quote for your project.

Do I have
to put a deposit down before work begins?
Typically, we require up to 50% of the final cost
of the project to be paid in advance. We must receive
this payment prior to starting your project.

Planning
When
do you install hardscaping projects?
Our industry is dictated by the weather. In order
to ensure a quality product, the frost must be out
of the ground and the ground cannot be too wet. Therefore,
we generally install hardscaping from spring through
fall.

When
can you start?
We schedule our projects on a first come/first served
basis. As soon as you accept our bid, we will put
you on our schedule. When meeting with you to discuss
your project, we can give you an estimated time of
when we may begin. However, because we usually have
many bids outstanding at the same time, our estimated
start date may be later than we originally stated
if other customers have accepted their bids before
you.

long will the work take?
We usually can provide you with a realistic start
and completion date. However, because variables such
as the weather and our suppliers influence our commencement
and progress, it is difficult to guarantee any specific
dates.

We do not have a showroom at this time. However, please
take a look at our photo gallery for examples of some
of the work that we have done. If you have questions
regarding colors or sizes of bricks for retaining
walls or patios, please let us know. We can bring
